The client is looking for RN Home Health to be part of our wonderful team to support our continued growth. Advanced Home Health is a locally owned and operated agency. We are seeking talented and compassionate nurses that want to make a significant difference in the lives of their patients. The registered nurse plans, organizes, and directs home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.
Submission requirements
1+ years of Home Health experience – Required
Adult/Geriatric experience – Required
WellSky/Kinnser experience – Preferred
Will accept BLS (AHA) or BLS
Certification requirements
